We’re launching an Italian wine guide for Australia, specifically focused on Italian wines available here. It will be available in stores by Christmas and will be an ideal gift for anyone with an interest in Italian wine or wine in general.

It will contain mini biographies of selected wineries, a listing of wines available in Australia and section on which glass to use as well as a map of Italy with wine regions.

The cookbook

There has never been any secret to Italian food, just fresh, good quality produce. Most meals can be made in less than half an hour and many can be made from four or five ingredients you already have in the pantry.

I’m sure this book will inspire you to get cooking – and maybe create your own recipes that someday, someone will record for posterity.
